The General Meeting is Cambi ASA's highest decision-making body. Shareholders registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) as of the registration date can propose matters to be considered by the General Meeting, participate, and vote in person or by proxy.
The General Meeting approves key items, including board elections, annual accounts, and dividend proposals.
The annual general meeting is held annually before 30 June. The notice and supporting documents will be available below in due time.

Andreas Mørk is a Norwegian citizen and chairs the Board of Directors in Cambi since 2024. He was previously a Director on the Board since the annual general meeting in 2022.
Mr. Mørk is the Investment Director of AWC AS, a Norwegian investment company owned by the Wilhelmsen family. Before this, he was, inter alia, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a partner at private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg.
Mr. Mørk holds an MSc in Finance from The Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshøyskole).

Birgitte Judith Sandvold is a Norwegian citizen. She holds a graduate degree in Business with a major in Marketing (MSc) from BI Norwegian Business School. Mrs. Lillebø Sandvold has 8 years of experience within international marketing and broad expertise within the retail trade from international companies and organizations, such as L'Oréal.
Being in charge of large protfolios of world leading brands has given her solid experience within brand and category development, media and launch strategies, trade marketing strategies, and sales and promotion activites. She is currently a Brand Category Manager in Scandinavian Cosmetics Group, the Nordic region's leading distributor of cosmetics.
Mrs. Sandvold is a member of Cambi's Board of Directors since 2015, representing the majority shareholder.

Vibecke Hverven is a Norwegian citizen and a member of Cambi's Board of Directors since 2022.
She has experience in project work, top management and board positions in various business areas, including the renewable energy sector. Ms Hverven was CEO of Sweco Norway from 2005 to 2012. She also led DNV's upscaling within renewable energy in Scandinavia before she became general manager of OBOS Project.
Today, Ms. Hverven is a partner in the business consulting company Considium Consulting Group with board positions as her main activity. She has many years of board experience from NGI, Eidsiva Vannkraft and various project management and real estate companies. In recent years, she has also been involved in innovation through positions in start-up companies.

Ragnhild Lund-Johansen is a Norwegian citizen and a member of Cambi’s board of Directors, elected by the employees. Ms Lund-Johansen is a part of the operations department in Cambi, working as process engineer.
She holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. Ms Lund-Johansen started her career as a process engineer in Beijing, China where she worked for an Australian Water technology company (CleanTeQ Water). In CleanTeQ, she gained on-site experience from multiple countries and worked with people from different cultures and backgrounds. After 3 years in Beijing, Ms Lund-Johansen returned to Norway and started working for Cambi in 2020.

The executive management team oversees Cambi's daily operations, ensuring the effective execution of the company's business activities and strategic goals.
Founder and majority shareholder, Per Lillebø is Chair of the Board in Cambi ASA. Mr. Lillebø holds a master's degree from the Norwegian Business School (NHH) in Bergen, Norway. He started his career in Norsk Hydro in 1980 and, just a few years later, co-established a profitable business within oil trading, distribution, and marketing. In the following years, he successfully managed and developed several companies within the same industry.
In 1992, Mr. Lillebø and his partners acquired Cambi, a small research and development company focused on utilising steam explosion technology. This ultimately became the company's core competence as Cambi developed world-leading technologies within the wastewater sludge treatment industry.
Mr. Lillebø has been instrumental in developing Cambi into a top-tier company within the international wastewater industry and has developed a broad international network over the years.
Mats Tristan Tjemsland was appointed CFO of Cambi ASA in 2022. Mr Tjemsland has held various finance and strategy positions at Aker BioMarine ASA, a global biotechnology company. He also has experience in management consulting and M&A advisory from Ernst & Young.
Mr Tjemsland holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an MSc in Management from the University of Mannheim.
Lars-Petter Traa has responsibility for all of Cambi's commercial operations, heading a competent, highly diverse and geographically spread team working with marketing, sales, and tenders. He previously managed the engineering department and held project management roles for several contracts and R&D projects.
Earlier in his career, Mr Traa was a Process Manager for REC and part of the management team at one of their solar wafer plants. In DNV GL, he was a consultant for onshore gas processing plants, including technical risk management for liquefied natural gas plants.
He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Industrial Ecology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.
Lluis Soler is in charge of project engineering, manufacturing and operations in Cambi. He has been in the company for over 15 years, holding positions as Project Manager and Vice-President for Projects before assuming his current role in 2017. He has coordinated the delivery of Cambi's installations to clients on all continents.
Mr Soler has more than 24 years of experience in the water industry and has previously worked for Degremont (now SUEZ). His key areas of expertise are project management for designing, installing, and commissioning technologies at wastewater treatment plants.
He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Chemistry from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain.
Andreas Helland Lillebø started in Cambi in 2014 and currently holds responsibility for technology development. He has worked with sales, project execution and commissioning, technical troubleshooting, improvements to existing plants, and product development within the company.
He is the principal author of two pending patents, one of which presents a method for reducing energy consumption by 30% using Cambi's thermal hydrolysis process systems.
Mr. Helland Lillebø holds an MSc and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) on the conversion of biomass into liquid fuels and chemicals via the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis method. His PhD included experimental and theoretical work conducted at NTNU and Stanford University in the United States.
Martine Opstad Sunde is Cambi’s first Chief of People and Culture and oversees Cambi’s ethnically diverse talent base. She was previously the Human Resources Director for Orkla’s Consumer and Financial Investment business area, and of Lilleborg prior. Martine has rich experience in various disciplines under people management and brings with her strong cultural understanding gained from her international roles and travels.
Ms. Sunde holds executive master’s degrees from BI Norwegian Business School in the fields of Communication and Labor Law.
Tord Finstad has had more than 24 years of experience in various positions within the oil and gas, waste renewables, aluminium production, and wastewater industries.
He has been with Cambi since 2010 and now heads the Services segment, monitoring and improving Cambi’s increasing installed base of plants. Under his leadership, the Services team drives the global sales of upgrade projects, spare parts, consulting, O&M site services and remote support, and other ancillary equipment.
Mr. Finstad holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.
